Caleb

Meet Caleb! He is an adorable pup with the sweetest smile. Caleb was rescued from a hoarding situation where he was living with many other dogs. He spent some time with us at the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center and is ready to find an adoptive home where he can relax, play and enjoy life with a canine companion or two!

Big fan of: Walks! Caleb is a wonderfully easy walker and he walks on a loose lead with a waggy tail and smiling eyes along the way. He loves hanging with his dog friends, whether it is playing in a fenced-in yard or going for a walk together. In play groups, he is energetic and enjoys zooming around and exploring the yard. Caleb also enjoys his limited ingredient snacks. One of his favorite ways to eat them is when they are tossed in the air!

Working on: His confidence around new people. Having a familiar person and dog present makes the transition easier. Caleb continues to become more comfortable with handling as his trust grows and skin becomes less irritated.

Dream home: Caleb would love an adopter that understands that going to a new home can be scary so he may need some time to open up—but he is worth the wait! Caleb would like to find an adopter who will keep him on his limited ingredient diet and is willing to tell him how handsome he is on a daily basis. He would love to have dog friends in his new home to show him the ropes.
