We’ll provide a detailed quote before we confirm your booking. We’ll include any parts, labour, VAT, parking charges, travel fees or other costs. If it's required, you can also request that we quote for waste disposal at the same time.
If any unforeseen or follow-up work is required, we’ll contact you immediately to make sure you’re happy to go ahead. You're in full control.

But, what about the actual job? How can you be sure the work will be completed to a 5* standard?
It’s right to ask. Pick the wrong appliance engineer and you could end up with a delayed schedule, endless hidden costs, and - if you’re really unlucky - half-finished work. You’re then left out of pocket with nowhere to turn.
Our appliance engineers are vetted and have plenty of experience working with appliances throughout the home. They can repair or install washing machines, microwaves, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, electric hobs & ovens. You name it - we fix it.
We’ll provide a detailed quote before you commit to the work - including VAT, parking & travel. If you need an old appliance removed, you can also request that disposal gets included, if it's going to be required. In the event that any further work is needed, we’ll make sure you’re happy to proceed before you’re billed. So you’re in full control.
We'll also be able to advise you on whether it's worth repairing or replacing your appliance - costs to repair can come close to replacement, so it might be worth buying & installing a new appliance instead, as this will come with a manufacturor warranty.
