We have a range of carpet cleaning methods to suit all types of rug & carpet.

After you book, we'll call you to get more information about your carpets. From that infomation, we'll determine the best method for cleaning your carpets & bring all the tools for the job.

Usually we'll use the 'hot water extraction' method, but this isn't suitable for all carpets. If the carpet is too delicate for hot water extraction, we can use other cleaning methods that will also leave you carpets as good as new.

You should clear your carpet as much as possible prior to your cleaner's arrival, to ensure they can access and thoughly clean all areas of the carpet.

If you're booking carpet cleaning as part of an end of tenancy clean, you should have moved out of the property before your cleaner's arrival - the only items left should be those that are staying in the property after you move out.

You can request carpet cleaning as part of any one-off clean.

If you don't require carpet cleaning as part of a deep clean or end of tenancy clean, you can book a standalone clean of your carpets. Select the deep cleaning option & tell us in the notes that the clean is for your carpet only. We'll send you a quote.

Light stains can be removed with carpet cleaning. Heavy staining might not be rectified with cleaning, and may require colour correction treatment or a carpet replacement to restore.

Your cleaner will always do their best to restore your carpet to its original condition & will advise on the best course of treatment.

We're using enhanced cleaning, handwashing and hygeine procedures, and we're asking customers and cleaners to maintain social distancing during all carpet cleans.
